The appointment follows a period of significant growth for Think Up, including its recognition on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. As a member of Think Up’s executive leadership team, Wallace will help guide the firm’s next phase of growth, shaping long-term business strategy, strengthening client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and developing the leadership talent and organizational capabilities needed to support continued expansion. “Think Up’s growth reflects the strength of our team, the relationships we’ve built with our clients, and the increasing demand for our approach to elevating the customer experience,” said Ron Doney, CEO of Think Up Consulting. “As we look ahead, we’re making strategic investments in the people and capabilities that will position us for continued success. Sam brings a rare combination of business acumen, strategic thinking, and consulting expertise, along with a deep understanding of who we are and where we want to go.” Wallace brings more than 25 years of experience spanning business strategy, organizational development, marketing, and change management across global corporations, consulting firms, and entrepreneurial ventures. Most recently, Wallace held leadership roles at Bank of America, serving as Global Talent Consultant and Local Market Executive. Her responsibilities included advising senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, talent development, and business strategy, as well as supporting market growth. Earlier in her career, Wallace worked as a management consultant with IBM, leading business transformation and organizational change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. She also founded and led several entrepreneurial ventures, including Edible Upcountry magazine, and was a founding partner of Greenville’s M. Judson Booksellers. “Having been part of Think Up’s journey before, I’ve seen firsthand what makes this organization special,” said Wallace. “The firm’s growth creates tremendous opportunity to build on that foundation, strengthen our capabilities, and position our people and clients for what’s next. I’m looking forward to working alongside this team to help shape that future.” Wallace holds dual MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, as well as a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University.
