Savannah Jacobs

An educator turned project manager, Savannah brings a unique lens to every task, project, and problem, believing every experience is an opportunity for learning. In her work, “the luminary” displays strategic, creative problem-solving and a thoughtful approach to uncovering the right solution. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Savannah has a unique gift to see the bigger picture while keeping track of the details. From project management to instructional design, she is passionate about creating meaningful experiences to support talent activation and employee development. Savannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining the Think Up team, Savannah worked in higher education, solidifying her love for adult learning and igniting a love for helping others reach their potential. In her downtime, you’ll often find Savannah reading a good book, gardening, spending time with her partner, friends, and family, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
