As our resident “pathfinder,” Kathy thrives on discovering innovative solutions to complex business problems and developing team members to their full potential. A graduate of Washington State University, Kathy spent several years in Marriott hotel operations until her passion for learning led her to the role of Director of Learning & Development where she spearheaded training design and delivery for diverse audiences. Kathy is exhilarated by problem solving and has an uncanny ability to simplify the complex. Her sentences often start with “How might we…” as she guides clients and teams along the path of possibilities and innovation.
