As our “Joy Scout,” she ensures the office runs seamlessly, handling the behind-the-scenes details that make each day smoother for everyone. With a background in elementary education, Chloe brings her trademark mix of positivity, precision, and people-smarts to her work. Her years as a 2nd grade teacher taught her how to adapt quickly, think creatively, and communicate with clarity—skills that now help her orchestrate countless moving parts with ease. Energized by connecting with others and making things better than she found them, Chloe thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. A proud South Carolinian, she’s happiest when she’s balancing the beach and the mountains and making sure everyone has a place at the table.
