From learning and organizational strategy, to blended instruction, to engaging events, Allison’s versatility enables her to craft strategy and content with ease and ingenuity, always rooted in the science of how we learn. With an undergraduate degree in physics, a master’s degree in education, and 10+ years of nonprofit learning experience, Allison pushes us to uncover and employ the most cutting-edge instructional techniques. Her positivity and curiosity allow her to develop groundbreaking strategies that can be implemented and sustained to deliver amazing results for our clients, and her passion for bringing others along with her enables other Thinkers to do the same.
