Kristyn is a natural fit for her role supporting our team in day-to-day business needs and all things that involve keeping our Thinkers happy, healthy, and productive. With a knack for problem solving and an innate desire to help people, our “rhythm enabler” takes care of all the little (and big) details that keep the office running smoothly… and the team sane. A graduate of Southern Wesleyan University (Psychology with a minor in Business Administration), Kristyn’s determination and positivity are evident in everything she does—from playing volleyball, to hosting special events, to answering insurance questions, to leading our Core Services team. Passionate about making people feel special and welcome, Kristyn loves to roll out the red carpet for anyone who walks through our front door, including our clients and vendors. She infuses fun and laughter into our Think Up events with her creativity and enthusiasm for bringing people together.

- Proudest accomplishment: Moving to Bosnia and learning to speak the language and generally adapt to life in a different country.
