Hardworking, dedicated, and with an outstanding ability to prioritize, “the orchestrator” excels in her role as a training support coordinator. After obtaining a degree in Management from Clemson University, Kaitlyn worked as a real estate assistant, where she scheduled open houses and staged homes for showings. Now that she has found her way to Think Up, she’s using her eye for detail and organizational skills to coordinate training classes and conferences. With a passion for helping others grow and become their best selves, what Kaitlyn loves most about her role is that she is playing a part in others’ learning and development. Her other passions include staying active with cycling classes, spending time with friends and family, and traveling (Thailand and Europe are next on her list of places to visit).

  • Kaitlyn strives to live her life by Maya Angelou’s quote, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
  • At Clemson, Kaitlyn played trumpet in the Tiger Band – a highlight of her tenure there was playing at the 2016 National Championship game.
  • Always ready to host, if you look in Kaitlyn’s refrigerator, you’ll find all the ingredients needed for a great charcuterie board. Yum!
